Acceptance of Terms

By using the Moe Trading website and requesting our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not continue using the service.

Nature of the Service

Moe Trading is an independent agency providing preparation, matching, and clearance services for the Sudanese Customs Disclosure (ACD). We are an independent service provider and are not a government entity, and we are not affiliated with the Sudan Customs Authority or any other official body. We act as an intermediary that facilitates document preparation and communication with the relevant authorities.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and valid documents.
• Respond to follow-up inquiries via WhatsApp or email as promptly as possible.
• Bear responsibility for any delay or rejection resulting from incorrect information or documents provided by the client.

Pricing & Payment

The published prices ($200 per vehicle, $250 per container) include ACD fees and matching fees, and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is made via Bankak, PayPal, or cash on delivery, and an invoice/receipt is issued for every payment.

Turnaround Time

We aim to complete clearance within 24 hours of order and document completion. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as additional procedures or instructions from official customs authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Moe Trading is not liable for delays or rejections resulting from decisions made by official customs authorities, or from inaccurate information provided by the client. Our responsibility is limited to preparing, matching, and submitting documents correctly and professionally.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any change takes effect immediately upon being published on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
