• Shipment documents: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Freight Invoice, Certificate of Origin, and Packing List uploaded through our upload form.
• Shipment details: service type, container/chassis number, country of shipment, and port.
• Payment information: we do not store bank card details on our servers; bank transfers and PayPal payments are coordinated directly with you over WhatsApp.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to: process and match customs disclosure documents, communicate with you about your request status, issue invoices/receipts, and respond to your inquiries.

Sharing Information

We do not sell or rent your data to any third party. Relevant documents may be shared only with the competent Sudanese customs authorities, strictly to the extent necessary to complete your shipment's disclosure procedures.

Document Storage & Security

Documents you upload are stored on the site's hosting servers, and access is limited to authorized staff. You may request deletion of your documents after your request is completed by contacting us directly.

Your Rights

You may at any time request to view, correct, or delete the data we hold about you by contacting us via the email or WhatsApp listed on our Contact page.
